The uniqueness of Candy Tiger Nicaragua lies in its beans which are picked from plants that grow in the shadow of tree crowns in the rainforest. This way coffee is a part of an ecosystem and its leaves and body are protected from sun and temperature variations. Beans of shade coffee get a deeper taste, mild acidity and are valued much more than most coffee types grown in the sun.
